        Emily Hildebrand, L.Ac.

Emily was raised in Massachusetts and studied Cultural Anthropology at Vassar College in upstate New York. After a time spent traveling and exploring various healing modalities, she discovered acupuncture and moved to San Diego to enroll at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She missed the trees, density, and (surprisingly) the seasons of the east, and in 2008 she transferred to their Chicago campus to complete her Traditional Chinese Medical training. She has specialized training in the treatment of children and gynecological conditions such as menstrual pain and infertility. She focuses clinically on the treatment of chronic & acute pain, menstrual disorders, depression and anxiety.                                                         Emily is an active biker and urban gardener, and is passionate about affordable healthcare, ethical agriculture and the use of food as medicine.

              Leigh Gilkey, L.Ac.

Leigh is a native Midwesterner. After she finished school she decided to explore the world and started traveling. During her travels she became ill and doctors were unable to diagnose her ailments.  Searching for an alternative to a life of medication she discovered acupuncture and herbs. Not only was she healed from her ailments but also lifelong afflictions were healed too. Influenced by her practitioner, she decided that Traditional Chinese Medicine was the path for her. She began her studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine while residing in Santa Barbara. Interested in getting closer to her roots she returned to Chicago to finish her studies at the celebrated Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.

Today Leigh continues studying with a focus on the digestive, emotional, mental and esoteric healing aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
